You should be able to right click and ungroup and each of the elements will become separated. Tried to download your arrows, but when I clicked the link. I just got a bunch of gibberish code. Has the file been corrupted, or did I do something wrong?
Please advise. It sounds like you might be on a phone. The file is in a zip folder and so without an app to unzip and access the SVG it might look like a weird jibberish.
